2 dead, 103 communities displaced by migratory pests

An invasion of centipedes, believed to have migrated from Cote D’Ivoire has caused the displacement of inhabitants of 103 Communities in the Juaboso and the Aowin Suaman Districts of the Western Region. This came to the fore when the Director General of the National Disaster Management Organisation, NADMO, Eric Prempeh, visited some of the infested communities.
