The Head of Communications at the Electoral Commission, Mr. Eric Dzakpasu, has interacted with the media, on Wednesday, in Accra, after a closed-door stakeholder meeting with the Inter Party Advisory Committee (IPAC). Mr. Dzakpasu said the meeting discussed issues concerning the 2018 referendum to create new regions and the just ended by-election at the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency.
